Payment must be received in order to hold appointment reservation time. We go over everything you want us to know: feeding schedule, medications, triggers, vet records, emergency contacts, and much more! Please let the Owner, Shelby, or the Manager, Kelsey, know if you have any questions or concerns.

The 24-hour cancellation policy: We must be notified 24 hours before canceling, or you won’t receive a refund. We charge a 7% service fee, which is a fee that we collect to help pay for the booking and processing fees.
