Service Description

Payment must be received in order to hold appointment reservation time. We go over everything you want us to know: feeding schedule, medications, triggers, vet records, emergency contacts, and much more! Please let the Owner, Shelby, or the Manager, Cassie, know if you have any questions or concerns.

Cancellation Policy

The 24-hour cancellation policy: We must be notified 24 hours before canceling, or you won’t receive a refund. We charge a 7% service fee, which is a fee that we collect to help pay for the booking and processing fees.
